Holiday Apartment - Edificio Paraiso Maspalomas

The apartment is brilliant and really feels like a modern home. Marcus and Juan have thought of everything to make it welcoming and there are plenty of soft furnishings, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. The fridge, oven and washing machine are all excellent and feel brand new. The wifi and TV are also excellent and the air conditioning works really well on hot days. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage in wardrobe, drawers and even under the bed if needed. There’s an easy to use safe too. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in before! The balcony area is a lot larger than it seems on the photos and it was brilliant to be able to slide open the doors fully which gave a huge combined indoor and outdoor space. A few nights it was great just to cook and eat outside. The location is perfect for walking to Yumbo centre or San Fernando and if you need to travel further there is a taxi stop across the car park outside the nearby hotel. The apartment complex has 5 pools with plenty of sunbeds and two poolside cafes open during the day. We didn’t get asked at any point for the pool passes that are provided in the apartment. The building complex itself is slightly dated and can feel a bit 80’s at first but I think that just gave it some extra charm! There’s still a little shop on site which has any essentials you would need and there’s a Spar and Hyperdino about 5 mins walk from the complex if you need anything else.
