“Nice workation hideaway”
The best

South-facing crossing flat very cool and airy all day. Quiet, clean and large enough for a long stay. Dated equipment but in good condition. Balcony with open view of costa calma, the dunes and the sea beyond. Small supermarket nearby but more services within 10 minutes walk. Easy contact with the owner. Will come back again for sure.

The layout of the one bedroom apartment was suitable and it was clean.

To be improved

The apartment was in the wrong location for me. It was set in the residential complex. The surrounding area appeared tired and rather neglected.

The best

Easy automated check-in with clear instructions. Very fast (fiber!) internet connection. Relatively flexible check-in and check-out times. Splendid views from the balcony. Very quiet as there is no street nearby. Highly recommended!

To be improved

Just mind you're little a bit further away from the center. Roughly 30min walk from the center and just 10min from the (very good) nearby beach (the bus station to/from the airport is just a few minutes nearby). There are also e-scooters (bird) to rent nearby so for just ~2EUR you will be at the center in 5 min

“Enjoyable stay in a modern and clean apartment close to sheltered sandy beach.”
The best

Modern, clean apartment with sunny south facing balcony overlooking hills. Very good wifi. Only about 10 minutes walk to beautiful, sheltered sandy beach. Ideal for accessing southern part of island. Very close to bike hire and small store.

To be improved

Water supply to shower needs a bit of getting used to. If it is turned on full pressure the hot water will go in about 2 minutes. Answer is to regulate flow and it lasts longer. Roof leaked when it rained - although it doesn't rain much! Bed was a bit creaky.
