“Amazing location, spacious villa”

The best

The villa's location is perfect, just at the seafront and 15-20 minutes walking from Playa del Cristo, the best beach in the area. The villa is big, with three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room, a lovely terrace, and access to a shared garden, which was great for our kids. Beds are comfortable, and despite the house's proximity to the highway (which makes travelling to the town efficient) it is nicely located in the middle of a residential quarter, so you get zero street noise and can relax to the tune of the sea. Overall, this place is really good for a peaceful stay next to the sea in probably one of the best areas of Estepona.

To be improved

While the place is surely made of high-quality materials (like marble floors all over the place), it is a bit dated and would enjoy some refurbishment, especially in the kitchen (otherwise very well equipped with dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven, large fridge etc.). The towels smelled poorly and should have been replaced or washed with a softener. The most annoying thing about our stay was that we had to buy everything like salt, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, hand soap, and even rubbish bags (just one was made available for a week-long stay). It costs the host a few euros per month and makes such a big difference to the guests who, at the end of the stay, are left with a lot of unnecessary stuff they had to buy just for a few days. The communication with the owner was slightly tricky as he seems to live on the other side of the world, so he can't respond quickly to all messages, and the housekeeper/local support only speaks Spanish (which works fine in WhatsApp communication). However, since the villa has some issues with electricity going off due to hot water consumption (mentioned in past reviews too), it is quite important to be able to communicate with someone without problems.

the beautiful beach house was in a perfect location and the house itself was stunning modern and fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday, car parking space ,WiFi, the outside space was spectacular and the beach just out of the patio doors
