Advertised as with air conditioning but a very small unit in the middle of the house that would have required keeping all doors open. But also a well hidden addition charge of 10€\night to use. Thread bare used sheets and towels. A plastic mattress cover on the mattress radiating heat back onto one’s body. Signs with rules in every room threatening a “fine” for supposed infractions. This is a flat in a working class neighborhood not a tourist area. It is exploitation and represents what’s wrong with many tourist flats in Spanish cities: it is of dubious benefit to the tourist and removes what should be a residence for citizens from the market.

Very good location,easy to get transportation and very quiet. I like Very much the trams can bring you all over the place. And the owner of the apartment is very pleasant friendly and understanding.

paid extra for usage of heather which did not work properly the position of the heather are wrong the rooms are cold, any way parking is a bit of an issue but need to get earlier to overcome and find car parking
