Holiday Inn Barcelona - Sant Cugat by IHG

One side of the property gets some motorway traffic noise but it’s within reasonable limits. We still slept well. I guess it might be an idea to ask for a room on the other side.

I hated the location too far from Barcelona and i didn't know. I paid a lot for uber and taxi and did no compensate. I will not recommend to anyone. Staff did not clean my room properly, they didn't replace tea or toillet paper. Also i am not sure if they will use my credit card without my approval. Thank you.

I can completely understand they weren't able to accommodate an early check in but to delay the check in past 3 pm was very frustrating as we had landed at 9 am from an 8 hr flight. We were all very exhausted and just wanted to sleep. There wasn't a line up for check ins either so this was truly unacceptable.

Too far from center

The cleaner didn’t close my door after cleaning so it was risky to loose something. Not that convenient to commute to the city and back.

The breakfast was everyday The same.we were there for 5 days and everyday we had The same breakfast. The location for a tourist was terrible.It was so far from barcelona.we cannot reach Barcelona with our Halo Barcelona transport card .It needs another card to enter and for every trip you should pay 2.65 euro. From its train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes walking. For us as a family I mean 2 adults and 2 children who are 7 years old they said you should have 2 rooms and we have to pay for another room (extra room)at an arriving time .I explained to them how it is possible for two 7 year old children to be alone But they said it's a rule. I don't know why when I reserved the Booking I did not receive any message and it was not rejected at that time .It made us a lot of problems. If it's a rule at the reservation time it should not be allowed to do it too.
