“Our HIE stay served our needs to get to the airport and provided a pleasant stay.”
The best

Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of tasty items. Coffee was also great. Dining area was big enough to accommodate all the guests breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff was also helpful. Answered all questions and got us a taxi cab for our return trip to the airport.

“The hotel.”
The best

Friendly, helpful, went out of their way to meet my disability needs. Assisted with a taxi to the airport. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. Food was good and service excellent. Breakfast was excellent, loved the coffee selections!

Overall it was fine, good for the price.

To be improved

Quite far from the center of the city but close to the airport and there are plenty of buses going to the center. The cleanliness is ok but not perfect. The restaurant isn't that good. Breakfast is ok but there isn't much choice.

“Cons: Terrible transportation to the hotel!! Had to wait 6 hrs at the airport for the shuttle which starts its service at 9pm. The shuttle service was the main reason I booked this hotel.”
