Great location, especially if you are travelling by car and visiting park Warner. Getting into Madrid centre is also very easy to using public transport. We stayed here while attending the mad cool festival. Great location. The breakfast in the morning is perfect. Gets busy between 10-11. We went around 9am the first morning and it was quiet. We arrived down stairs on the 2nd morning around 10.10 and it was busy. Had to que to get seated. ( waiting on others finishing and leaving to get seats ). The girl who works at the breakfast in the morning is amazing. She doesn’t stop and always has a smile on her face. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it is always our first choice when visiting the area. The free onsite parking is great to. You are only a 2 minute walk to the style outlets and the Nassica centro comercial.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The refund we asked for was processed immediately and we received it the following day. The hotel is located next to big shopping malls in 2-min walking distance. This was also very convenient for refreshing, food and shopping.
