“Our month holiday was let down by the poor customer service of the host Anastasia”

the facilities were excellent- everything you needed for a long month stay

To be improved

upon arrival of the apartment we had to contact the host Anastasia as the apartment was very dirty and we had other problems relating to cleanliness. She visited the apartment and reassured us that if there was any further issues that we should contact her immediately and she would resolve it. Unfortunately this was not the case, an example of this was we contacted via WhatsApp so you could see she had read your message and was online, but she chose not to reply all day, when we pressed her to ring us she then replied and her excuse was she was busy which left us feeling very insignificant and that she did not care . This happened numerous times and we had to chase her constantly. We feel she really let the owners of the apartment down.

“cosy La Loma”

very good apartment. just like on photos. well equipped you can literally find anything you need. large tv screen with netflix. sofa in living room is comfy for sleeping. good location with supermarket across the street and bars, close to beach. you can see the sea in distance from the balcony. someone mentioned noise from the bar, but we didn't notice even it's high season and lot of turists. you can find free parking place around. Anastasia, from the Agency is very nice and friendly and easy in communnication. thank you.
