I booked this apartment for 12 weeks to get away for the winter months. To say i was disappointed with the condition is an understatement. I can accept a place which needs decorating, units kitchen and bathroom need replacing but spending hours cleaning other people's filth is unacceptable. Soft furniture was filthy, obviously never ever been cleaned, we had to cover everything with towels just to sit down. (We had to buy new bedding.) 1. Only one electrical appliance could be used at a time, impossible to cook with more than one pan at the same time or have the microwave on or the lights, cooking in the dark!! 2. Constant noise from a generator!! 3. Hoover is filthy. Never been emptied or cleaned. 4. I've never seen a dirtier floor. (i've got photo evidence) 5. Water leak in bathroom. I reported which was fixed in week 12, one day before we departed. 6. Kitchen bin broken. 7. Bathroom bin rusty from the leak. 8. 2nd bedroom floor tiles lifted and buckled! (Dangerous) Please do NOT rent from these people.
