The best

City centre, traditional canarian style. Looks recently refurbished. Comfortable sleep. Air condition useful. Staff was helpful.

To be improved

The window is extremely heavy to lift it and place it on a certain position.. I appreciate that there is a sign mentioning that it's due to regulations and they cannot change it. However, I hope that you can find a mechanism from inside to assist with matter.. I am a guy and was difficult to hold it for more than a few seconds, so I guess for some people might be impossible.The room looked perfect,so the rusty shampoo holder in the bathroom needs replacement and the window improvement.

I booked a room in Holiday Time Calle Real but due to overbooking I was upgraded to Holiday Time in Avenida Marítima. The stay was very nice, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, professional staff and clean property.
