We booked as it said pool and wifi it had neither. The pool was not open (said that it was) The patio door did not lock. Said had kettle but did not. The light in the bedroom did not work The lights in the bathroom did not work. A plastic chair outside had been glued, dangerous as if sat on would definitely break. We could not get the aircon to work on warm, defaulted to cold, and did not blow anything out. The washing machine did not turn on for us. The bedroom door stuck, so you had to squeeze in and out. We pointed out these issue and were told we should have reported during stay so that they could sort. If it was one problem, then that's exceptable, but many we would have been stuck in all 3 days waiting for people to come or, worse, have no access to an apartment we had paid for. (I was not aware it was up to the guests to check what was wrong). The apartment should have been made safe and in working order before renting it out. Also, misrepresentation on booking regarding pool and wifi, this needs addressing as it was the only reason we booked it. Very disappointed 😞
