Terrible communication with the owner. Despite assurances that I could leave the key in the box at the entrance and that it would stay there, the owner took it and I did not get into the apartment at night. I had to pay for another hotel. When I wanted to at least return my belongings, I was told that there was nothing in the apartment. However, I finally managed to get them. When I asked for a refund for not being able to use the apartment, the owner stopped communicating completely. “Perfect stay”

The best

Literally EVERYTHING. Equipment in the apartment overcame my expectations. Location is perfect - bus stop nearby, 10 mins by car to Puerto de La Cruz (free parking spots on the street). Good communication with all parts of the island. The view from the apartment is outstanding. The personel is responsive and helpful.

Outstanding apartment. Very well equipped. There are bathrobes, many towels, iron, ironing desk, extra blankets, kettle, coffee makers, toaster etc. I would like every apartment to be equipped this way. On the arrival we had beverages, wine and beer in the fridge and snacks. There is a nice balcony with sunbeds and awning. The apartment is on the corner of the building so you have a very wide perspective. In the neighborhood is a small grocery and 2 restaurants. The area is rather quite, some cars can be heard in the morning and afternoon. There is a parking in the street in front of the building. Actually we hadn't even seen the owner, who was very helpful by the way, but the contact via What’s App was very good. We paid in cash on the arrival. I truly recommend this apartment.
