The best

The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, it offers a great view, a pool and a barbecue area. There is enough space for ten guests. We found it clean and very welcoming.

To be improved

The check-in process is very complicated: Every guest has to leave personal info, contact data and pics of both sides of their passports in an online app. Then you have to provide a 400€ deposit via credit card (VISA debit card is not sufficient). In the end I had to drive to the reception office to finish the check-in process and this trip was pretty stressful. Fortunately, Laura from the team was very responsive and helpful, hence the all-in-all experience was pleasant. Thank you, Laura!

“Cockroaches invasion.”

The location was nice even if a bit far away. By bus it is ca. 20/30 min from the center and by taxi ca. 30/40€

To be improved

We had litterally an invasion of cockroaches, at least 40 in two days, 6-7cm big. We told the agency and they didnt do anything, apart from telling us they were sorry. We asked for a Refund, as for two nights (we booked three nights) we had to share beds and use 2 bathrooms instead of 4, as the underground floor couldnt be used.. we all were between 35 and 40 years so we had to share beds like kids in the school.. we made videos and fotos and made a claim. We also found 8 beds instead of the 10 we booked. We asked for a room with two single beds and they arranged a double bed instead, they sent someone only the day after, so two people not knowing each other had to share a bed.. The villa also smell like public toilets. They offered us 150€ for the whole stay and after all the problem they caused us. At the end they refused to give us the Refund as we replied 2 days after out departure. They say Booking doesnt allow it, even if according to Booking, they can send us a refund separately, so they are just scammer and dont wanna give us any money back.

The pool area needed a lot of attention, the running machine was totally in the way, I don’t think that it was used in quite a while…very dusty & long past its sell by date. The decking around the pool needed repairs, we placed a chair over the broken piece as it was quite dangerous… On our arrival we found 3 cockroaches in the area downstairs, we also encountered a few during our stay…
