We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had lovely warm water. We appreciated how much natural light came into the room, and there were plenty of power sockets in convenient spots, which was super handy. It was also really easy to access the property, the host was responsive and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Most importantly, we got a really good night’s sleep every night—and that made all the difference.

To be improved

There were just a few small things that could be improved. The air conditioner could do with a clean, and the floors weren’t as clean as we’d have liked—we ended up buying slippers to wear indoors. It would be nice if the apartment was aired out a bit more between guests. That said, we’re being quite picky here—these were all minor niggles, and we’d definitely stay again!

The location was perfect and the apartment is very comfortable, offering a perfect solution for a couple of days in Malaga. Bathroom was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

The floor needs to be hoovered and washed before each staying.

The location is close to the city center and the apartment has most of the facilities you need. From this location, it's easy to get around Malaga.

To be improved

Collecting the keys was quite complicated, as you need to retrieve them from a different address and then walk to the apartment. Additionally, the instructions are not very clear, especially regarding the apartment's location. Not described in Booking. The air conditioning in the apartment is very dirty and seems never to have been cleaned, which is a health issue. I reported it, but the response was a generic, "let us know if we can help." (?) The rental is managed by a company, not a local person, so the customer service feels impersonal and not very accommodating. The check-in process has to be done outside of the booking platform on another website, where you need to enter a lot of personal details without any specific information on how the data is processed. There is also a lot of incorrect information, such as the deposit being returned in cash (it is actually refunded to the card) and parking not being free as described in the booking. Additionally, the neighbors are quite noisy, and starting from 7 AM, someone plays the piano (not in a nice way). The walls are thin, which exacerbates the noise issue. We had a problem with the balcony door, but they could only send someone in the morning when we couldn't be there, so it wasn't very accommodating. All in all, there is a lot of misinformation compared to the booking description.
