I arrived on Sunday and i find it difficult to get the key and to check if you do not have connection. Box should be left outside the apartment, it will solve problem. Thank you

The location was good.very close to the main square and conveniences. Easy access but better with 2 keys.

Apartment is in good location, not directly in the centre, little bit uphill but still walkable to and from city centre. Its in very quiet neighborhood and we slept really good. If you close the window blinds and curtains its absolute darkness. Equipment basic, but fine. We didn’t used kitchen but I checked and everything necessary to prepare and eat your food was in. someone in previous reviews mentioned steps - there are few, but first floor, so not a problem until you aren’t disabled; and broked bed - this was fixed before our stay and the beds were both comfy. Bathroom is tiny, but works without any issues. We received enough towels and I appreciated also soap and shower gel. AC is in the living room but we didn’t use, looks not old, so I guess its working. Ceiling fans in bedrooms work. We had some small issue and it was fixed asap, H2M responds fast. Deposit was returned to my card on the day we left without problems.
