It would be great if we had a photo of the door beforehand as we were wondering around the street trying to find the location

I wanted 3 people to be able to sleep on separate beds. The suite was described as "Bedroom 1:1 double bed Bedroom 2: 1 double bedLiving room: 1 sofa bed". On arrival it turned out that only two beds had bedding and the staff expected a surcharge for making the sofa bed. This was not in accordance with the description. The sofa bed mattress was terribly dirty when unfolded (I have pictures to share). The collection of keys to the flat after 4 pm was in another part of the city (busy road) - we lost 1.5 hours to park the car. In the rain the window in the upstairs room leaked wetting the bed. The flat was cold - only one air conditioner to warm the room. In the kitchen we sat in jackets. The walls were quite thin - at night it was very noisy. The flat is right in the centre - we never managed to find a parking space.
