“Central location, but overall a frustrating experience”

Our experience with this apartment was stressful from the start. The mandatory online check-in process was overly complicated, asked for excessive personal info, and didn’t even work properly. Despite contacting the staff, the instructions were unclear, and we ended up having to go to their office — only to find the address listed was wrong on Google Maps. No real help was offered when we were lost with luggage in the heat. The apartment itself was located in a dark, smelly alley and on the ground floor, which didn’t feel safe. It smelled bad when we entered, the couch was uncomfortable, the shower fixture was broken, and water would leak into the living area. Definitely not worth the deposit they required. Communication was excessive and repetitive before our arrival, and after we left, we were asked to write a positive review to help a staff member get a reward — which felt inappropriate given the experience. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice location and comfortable apartment Our host, Marcos, was really nice and helpful with us. He was responding fast to any requests that we had 🙂

It was a bit noisy because you stay next to other apartments but overall this can not be a very important problem
