The apartment seemed cleaned however it was not. The apartment has parking facilities however they are denied to renters. This place has no available parking outside. The office staff was cordial however we were not given swimming bracelets which were required to use the pool. As I mentioned the apartment was dirty and not well maintained. It looked clean at first glance but then there it was dirty doors floors with dust bunnies, furniture soo old the faux leather was peeling, old dirty a vents, spider webs on walls, dirty silverware plates etc. The office was contacted however they hung up on me 4 times before I was acknowled. I explained and provided photos videos of everything. They said they would address it but it didn't matter at that time as I didn't want people on my space during my families vacation. I requested management to contact me and provide compensation, and once again I was ignored. My advice do not stay here stay in a hotel which would addressed everything and make up for it immediately

Ran out of toilet paper. Stayed 5 nights with 4 adults. Some plug-ins weren't working, and some needed attention as they were loose. Several burned out lights as well.

about 25mins walk to old town center or yacht pier. Yes quite a bit dim light as said in reviews but soft acceptable to me and bright enough in bathrooms & hallway. fantastic natural lighting if remove curtains during daytime.

I forgot my Zanetti canada jacket in the apartment, which I communicat to the staff yesterday and till now no good response from them. They only have the key to go into the apartment
