Location ok and facilities were what was expected.

To be improved

If you don't check in online the key collection process is badly managed. Misleading information on property publicity on Booking.com suggesting the collection of keys takes place in an occupied office. It doesn't. They are locked into a box located in front entry passage that can only be accessed with a code you can only get if you remotely complete check in. Otherwise you have to go to main office (which isn't specified in any publicity or subsequent information provided) 2 kilometres away.
