No air con. There was a couple of Calima days that got very hot and it was a little uncomfortable ( there is a fan though )

- Photos provided on booking.com website are not reflecting the original image of the property. - The property needs serious repairs and maintenance. (Loose electrical sockets, damaged rusty bath, broken sofa bed in the living room) - Not enough cutlery for staying with family.

Bath & shower a bit dated & some loose sockets. Maybe clearer instructions about where to dump the rubbish, whether to put toilet paper in the bin or toilet. Also we believed from comments that it was a smart TV whilst it wasn’t a problem for us it might be for others.

There is no sound proofing in these apartments so it's easy to not only hear your neighbours talking but it was a pain to have to listen to their TV until 2am most nights, also the bedroom was unuseable as the windows were old and single glazed and the Spar Supermercado across has 3 air con units on their roof pointing at this apartment and those air con units are loud, also the microwave did not work , and there is no oven in this apartment and lastly the lack of electricity sockets was a concern , most of the existing ones are loose, also I had to turn off the kitchen fridge before I went to bed as it made annoying gurgling noises.

The shower was freezing. The condensation on the windows was unbearable and when you put the washing machine on the fridge freezer turned off. The beds were awful
