“Felt right at home in this lovely Bernabéu apartment — perfect stay in Madrid!”
The best

I had an amazing stay at this apartment near Bernabéu in Madrid! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — exactly as described, if not better. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We liked the keyless easy and secure method of accessing the building and the apartment via a uniqe code. · Cons: It is located far from all the main objectives. Not even Bernabeu stadium is very close, but more than 1 km distance. Noises from the street and neighbours may affect one's sleep.”

“Superior BUT!”
The best

When it comes to room cleanliness, quality and readiness of equipment, apartment and kitchen furnishings, finishing, interior design, natural and artificial lighting, the quality of interior materials, spaciousness, and maintenance of both the apartment and the building — it’s a solid 10 out of 10. Truly, it’s among the best apartments or hotels I’ve stayed at across 40 countries.

To be improved

On the other hand, regarding the online customer service — including communication speed, responsiveness to inquiries after booking, friendliness, and hospitality — I would rate it 2 or 3 out of 10. It feels as if you’re speaking to an employee who has no connection to your case, and you have to start the conversation from scratch every time.
