The room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect and the terrace was super nice to enjoy

The sound insulation can be improved are you could hear the other guests sometimes but guests were mindful and respectful when we were there

“Great Central Location, But Some Comfort Issues”

The location of the unit was excellent—right in the heart of the city near Gran Vía, with easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, and major attractions. Public transit was just steps away, which made getting around very convenient. The unit itself was clean, everything was in working order, and the bed was comfortable.

To be improved

However, the space was quite small and would benefit from a shared clothes dryer to go along with the washer. Street noise was noticeable at night, and the room could use better insulation. It would also be helpful to have extra blankets or covers available. Unfortunately, some of the other guests were inconsiderate, making noise at all hours and loudly knocking on their doors, which disrupted the stay.
