The best

Fantastic location and beautiful historic house. We loved being so close to the center. There were many play parks nearby for our children to enjoy. They loved the garden as well. Umpteen restaurants serving excellent food nearby. Short drive to beautiful beaches and stunning countryside walks.

The best

Very clean. Great location for visiting Las Lagunas. Excellent communication and responsiveness by host before and during our stay. (Eg Flush broke on toilet on a weekend day and it was fixed within a few hours - very impressive!) Lots of space inside the property.

To be improved

Showers didn’t drain properly (but suspect could be easily solved). Felt cold on arrival especially the kitchen (but acknowledge that it was terrible weather for April!). Rear outside area needs cleaning down and setting up for spring/ summer after the storms.

“Beautiful home and in a great location.”
The best

We love old homes and were really happy to spend time here, the porch and the garden are dreamy. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean, the kitchen well equipped. In the town it’s certainly one of the most beautiful homes and you have parking less than ten minutes walk away, grocery less than five, and plenty to enjoy in the surroundings. The owner was really quick to respond and very helpful during the stay. We loved it!

To be improved

Just wouldn’t recommend if you have small children as there are lots of fragile items around. Hot water in showers was a little tricky so be sure to check before sending in small children.

Spacious, beautiful house, great showers

To be improved

some things were hard to open / operate - eg the main gate, gas oven wouldn’t light. The beds could have been more comfortable - especially the sofa bed.
