Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet our expectations. There was no Wi-Fi at all during our stay, which was a serious inconvenience. We contacted the staff to report the issue and were told that someone would come the next morning to fix it, but no one ever showed up. We had a similar experience when we reported that one of the beds wouldn’t open — again, we were promised assistance, but no one came. Additionally, the apartment was poorly equipped for a group stay. There were not enough drinking glasses or coffee cups, which made meals and breakfasts uncomfortable.

The apartment was not clean. The sheets of the main bedroom had mold stains The sofa bed was extremely dirty… the bathrooms had a weird smell. The floors of the bedrooms were not fully clean… The WiFi never worked.

The intercom did not really work as specified to open the door of the building.

Host was little bit unresponsive to our request. Hopefully those were minor things and could figure it out ourselves but can’t image if something bigger happens. Unfortunately not response to messages and phone calls. Only limited to check in and out instructions
