The location was convenient — unfortunately, that’s the only good thing I can say.

To be improved

The lock was faulty from the start, the key broke and got stuck, we were trapped inside, and the host refused to help. We had to pay €160 for a locksmith and €35 for a new key — all because of their defective lock. On top of that, the apartment had ants and lacked basic maintenance. The host was negligent, unhelpful, and completely dismissive.

This little flat had nice décor and a convenient location, making it easy to get around with public transport.

To be improved

While the space was comfortable, a few essentials were lacking, such as cooking oil, salt, and more than just two glasses for drinking. Some items seemed worn or broken, like the damaged hairdryer and wardrobe doors that were difficult to slide. With a bit more attention to replacing these items and providing basic necessities, the stay could be much better.
