The floors were not clean when we arrived. Also would have been nice if there was some tea bags, sugar, coffee.

“A Nightmare, very bad and painful experience!”

Nothing! It was a nightmare in our lives which we will never ever forget. Such a disgusting disrespectful and irresponsible management.

Air conditioning , Fan , TV and even Wifi was not working. The temperature was so high and it was very hot out there. We are newly married couple and decided to enjoy our honeymoon in Spain but It was such an awful , unavoidable and unacceptable experience with not only this property but with booking.com as well. Firstly We tried a lot to contact the management but there was no response initially and when they came into contact , we requested them to fix the issues as it is very hot but no one listened us and we suffered all the time we stayed there. Secondly, we called a couple of times to Booking.com to please help us by reaching the property or by any means but a lady from their customer service was not only very unhelpful but also didn’t listen us and hung up the phone. I truly request everyone to please do not book with booking.com and particularly with this property. I have a genius account with booking.com which means I have been booking a lot. This is the first time when I needed a help from the customer service and I was not only disappointed but heartbroken as well. So, I have decided to not only to never book anything with booking.com in future but also try to convince everyone in my family , relatives and friends to please stay away from Booking.com I asked booking.com that we should be compensated with a full refund but booking.com never responded on that…

“Cons: They never return my deposit of 200,00 euros witch I payed over link that they send me on my e-mail. I payed deposit of 200,00 euros, money is gone, and they reply is that they do not see the payement so my money is lost but payed over link that i recieve from there side.”
