The lock box is very difficult to open and needs replacing, no key for the safe and the toilet door doesn't close, apart from that everything was fine, 👍

The advertised pool was shut down. We received communication the day before travel and it was obvious pool had been closed a long time. The following day the pool was still advertised in Booking.com in one place as being "open" and another as being "available". Swimming pool is the most essential requirement for our holiday. Very disappointing. The letting agents told us they were only responsible for the internal apartment and outside was nothing to do with them, yet they market the property as a pool property. Shocking bad behaviour.

Would not go anywhere near this place again firstly damp in all the room's Black mould on the curtains walls have been painted over to hide the damp and mould area's hole in ceiling in bathroom lamp shade missing no running hot water on three occasions in a 14 day period on one occasion no water for 2 day's also sofa broken with dirty marks. Bedding blood marks on them.

The wrong keys were left in the door so we had to wait for the cleaner to return to get the correct key.We felt that the owner did not believe us that the key didn't work and made us send a video of us putting the key in the lock and attempting to turn it.The shower head was fixed in the wrong position and couldn't be altered and the plugs had been removed from the kitchen sink, basin and bath.

the apartment is within a complex that is laid out via a pathway that leads to each apartment, unfortunately we were accommodated in the end apartment that other residents thought it was ok to cross our patio ( whilst we were sat there ) as a short cut to the entrance gate , even the maintenance man thought this was ok

loo cal to bars and beaches lovely pool , nice and chilled property.
