Pillows not comfortable and a drain smell coming from the bathrooms

The entrance to the building and apartment… it really is a nuisance. Why can’t we just have a key in a lock? It’s a smart key which requires you to be connected to the Internet to enter, which I didn’t have! Also there was nothing in the flat I.e no hand soap, no cooking oil, no basics to get you started.

Didn’t provide basic stuff for the bathroom, like hands wash, shampoo, body wash.. or basic stuff for kitchen I would have normally found in other apartments I have stayed before. It’ll would have been a nice touch.

This is my second visit to this apartment and the owner has taken on board the comments from myself and other clients regarding the key entry system to the building and the apartment which was previously in place. The system now works very well and made for a stress free start to my break. You are sent step by step instructions which are clear and concise. This was my main criticism in a previous review so well done for taking that on board.Also the cleaning standers were greatly improved. Can l point out that the lamp in the sitting room near the tv was not working after changing the bulb which made it a dark corner. Also the toilet brush in the main bathroom is needing changed. This is constructive feedback as the owner would probably not know about the lamp unless someone tells him.
