“Disappointing”

The best

Location is good: Close to the beach. Nice and good restaurants, bars and beach bars around. Close to the train station.

To be improved

There was very limited furniture. There was only a small sofa for 2 people (we were 5) the rest were uncomfortable plastic chairs. A few cooking pots and no oven. No closet in 2 of 3 sleep rooms. The coffee machine was defective from day 1, at day 3 they brought us an alternative. We stayed a week, 4 days of it we didn't have warm water. The boiler was a defect. They said they will send someone to fix it and asked us to wait at home. we have wasted half a day waiting for a man who came in the afternoon and couldn't do anything. The bathroom drain is not working properly. We had a dirty water pool after each shower. The lampshade works not as it used to work, when the sleep room has a window at the east. The balcony is very narrow. The balcony iron barrieris worn and scary, and the floor slopes terribly towards the street. There is no consideration for safety factors. It was so difficult to find a parking place. We almost had to park somewhere away. Last but not least, because of a close crossing (train reel - ped crossing) the train was giving a horn to warn the people. There is a train every 10-15 min to cross the area.The train reels are 50 metres away from the bedrooms.
