The team was very helpful and really good organized. Very quick response on the platform. The location is good to the center and shops.

To be improved

1. Noisy Neighbors behind the wall. It was especially problem for us because we were with our almost 2 years old daughter and it was a bit problem to put her fall asleep. 2. No ramp for wheelchairs/baby buggy chairs 3. Very low water pressure in the bed 4. No hot water after 2 people were washed, you had to wait a bit to be washed. 5. Ventilation in the bed worked only once during our one week stay.

It was really clean, very good location, the online check in was really easy, the staff responded really quickly, parking was directly in front of the building 25€ / day. Totally recommend

To be improved

There was supposed to be a swimming pool, but I couldn’t find it.
