Homely Nest Valencia El Carme

The location in the El Carmen neighborhood is fantastic: close to all the main sights, and surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. Yet, despite being so central, the apartment is wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment itself is very spacious for two people. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, something that’s really important to us. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made things so convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly and truly saved us during the heat wave in early July 2025. But the best part of our stay was our host, Vicente. He is an absolute star. He had cold water and beer waiting for us in the fridge, allowed us to check in early and check out late, and frequently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. He was always available in case we needed anything and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to see around Valencia. Thank you, Vicente. You truly made our vacation even more special!

The apartment was centrally located with access to many restaurants, cafes, bars and monuments. It was impeccably clean with everything we needed. The A/C was greatly appreciated and worked perfectly. The owner was extremely responsive and gave lots of restaurant and sightseeing tips. Perfect for a visit with friends as there are two single beds.

Ticked all the boxes . Good place to stay locational. Plenty of space.

The house is clean, cosy, useful. The location is perfect. Design is perfect. Vicente, owner of the house, is warmful, helpful. He told us where we should visit in 2 days. We recommend here to stay.
