I reserve for 6 pax and before the arrival we add an additional 1. I also requested for bedsheet for sofa bed. But when we arrived the checkin agent just prepared a sofa bed for us but he cant find bedsheet as we have requested he said that he was not informed so he just used bed covers to cover sa sofa bed . Thank you remcy for accomodating us very friendly. We arrived very late coz our flight was delayed. Location is great. Very near at sagrada familia.

Only one bathroom for 7 pax makes us uncomfortable. Please provide more tissue paper

Upon arrival, the apartment was not ready as promised, and the parking is not in the building. There are many broken things in the apartment, the tiles in the shower are disgusting and they left two dirty rugs in the bathroom with stains all over them. The kitchen cabinet doors under the sink do not shut properly and hinges are completely rusted.

The apartment was just as good as we expected, based on the previous reviews shared by other tourists. The bed and the bedrooms were even better than I expected. The kitchen and the balcony were lovely. The apartment is very close to a metro station and to the Sagrada Família., They also helped us to book tickets.

To be improved

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but for four people, we were only given two rolls of toilet paper, which I think isn’t very tourist-friendly. The bathroom also lacked basic supplies like shower gel, which travelers might need for a longer stay.
