“Mediocre/broken apartment in amazing location”

To be improved

Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find many broken items throughout the apartment. This made the €350 deposit feel completely unwarranted, as there was little left to potentially damage. The check-in process was also problematic. Despite being required to reserve a specific check-in time, the person meeting us was half an hour late. This was particularly inconvenient as we were traveling with a baby. To compound the difficulty, there was no cot available, which made our stay with an infant even more challenging. Finally, access to the apartment itself was incredibly difficult. Located four floors up via a very narrow staircase, it presented a significant hurdle, especially with luggage and a baby.

“Great place, I recommend it”
The best

The location is perfect and the customer service people are very kind. Nearby there is everything that one may need also the service reavted when we needed help and you can rely on them. It's clean and comfortable. Great place, I definitely recommend it.

To be improved

Some small things can be improved like lack of basic supplies - toilet paper, salt, oil but these was not a problem.
