Low on amenities considering the charge

Toilet was too small. Fridge and the rest of the kitchen stunk. Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest.

in order to do the check-in they lasted approximately 40 minutes to arrived to the property, I was giving updates on where we were to have a better experienced of the check-in also when we arrived like a 5 minutes after that we tried to call to the phone they provided and had no answer at all also the bathroom is a bit small

Only some observations: - too little for 4 people - it was missing face towels - too less cutlery - the toilette seat was loose and dangerous to fall down

Nothing, I was utterly dissatisfied by the property itself, which is not suitable for 4 people as advertised; we also found almost everything not working, old or in bad shape (doors not closing properly, the main door needed an expert locksmith to open each time, not enough blankets for the low temperature of those days, dirty everywhere on floors, surfaces, towels, linen, the toilet seat old and eaten up, and apart from all the lack of space was way worse than expected. All of this at double the price of other properties in the same area, only due to the lack of availability during Easter time. When reported the issue to the host after the first night and requesting to cancel and refund the following 3 nights due to our dissatisfaction, our request was ignored and we were forced to book another property with check in on the same day, doubling our expenses. From there on they ignored my calls and messages for 3 days, at the end they blocked my whatsapp number and declared to booking.com that the guest never showed up, just to get rid of us and close the case. They kept on avoiding my calls, while booking.com's customer service told me that I should deal with the host directly, which was not possible. I am still asking you to help me get my money back. I am a serious guest and I have been using booking.com extensively without a bad behaviour for many years. That tells you that my issue is serious.

Bed was not comfortable. A bit narrow. Doors were not closing.
