“A perfect getaway in a stunning location at a lovely hotel”
The best

Perfect location and ambience. Sebastian hosting the breakfast offered great hospitality and made us feel really welcome. The seaview room and the balcony made our stay even better. The housekeeping team paid attention to deal and the room was exceptionally clean. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

To be improved

My only feedback would be if guests are requesting late check out for the team to be clear and transparent if it’s not feasible and rather than say you can try on the day.

“Great location, not really any frills but a fair price.”
The best

The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. The rooftop pool area was great although the pool is really just a plunge pool. The loungers were super comfortable and having a glass balustrade gave us a great view of the bay but also was a good windbrake.

To be improved

Nice breakfast but could only get coffee from a machine which was not very nice at all. Shame we couldn't order freshy made coffee, would have been happy to pay for it.

The best

The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. It was nice to have access to the rooftop pool and sun loungers as this was for adults only and had great views.

To be improved

We were put in the new building and despite the description stating views of mountains, we had views of the gym and a wall. This is not what we paid for! We also had been promised an upgrade due to it being our honeymoon but I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in the hotel in terms of view. There was also lots of ants in our room despite having no opened food. Unfortunately when ordering drinks to the pool they either came 45 minutes later or didn’t come at all. When we tried to speak to the staff they totally ignored us at reception and were completely rude.

Great location easy reach of restaurants bars shops located over the road from a beautiful beach

To be improved

The hotel need not have a designated sunbeds on the beach , so a payment of 20 euros for 2 beds and umbrella each day if you like using the beach. Also we a group Of mature ladies and booked single occupancy rooms as we preferred not to share . Comfortable paying a single supplement but was hugely disappointed to be given small room tasteful Decorated but with small single bed!

We felt as if asking them a question was troubling them. We wanted to change are room when we arrived as it was a lot smaller than we thought. We were happy to pay for the same . But they charged us €100 more than what the same room was advertised for on booking.com , when we mentioned this to the staff. They didn’t care, they said we’re paying for the option of an upgrade too. In the end we did pay it and the room was fab, but the ‘your problem , not mine’ attitude was not nice to receive.”

“The hotel was beautiful and the people running it were tremendous - especially the ladies at the front desk who were absolute diamonds and genuinely friendly and cud not do enough for you - the best I've ever encountered in all my years of travelling · Cons: I got a single room which like the rest of the hotel was spotless and stylish but I must say it was the smallest room I have ever come across - this is no exaggeration - I would say you could not find one smaller - simple as”
