The best

The location and views from the villa were stunning. The property itself is very contemporary and well proportioned with three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge is a good size with plenty of seating which leads to a very well equipped kitchen. The patio area was large with more than adequate seating and the pool looked inviting. The walk into Pollensa town is flat and took around 25 min. All in all if you want a quiet and peaceful location and a contemporary property then look no further. The host, Jose, is delightful and more than happy to help in anyway he can.

“A lovely modern villa within easy walking distance to the old town, definitely recommend it”
The best

The outdoor space was large and the pool area had a lot of space for the sun beds. Then house.was well equipped and the beds were comfortable

To be improved

2 small things - it would be good to have better outdoor lighting particularly by the bbq as it was too dark to see anything on the bbq. The property is very spacious and it would be even better to have an additional toilet

The best

Beautiful peaceful location, huge garden and patio area. Great pool and sunbeds. Large charcoal BBQ Lovely interior design and excellent facilities, especially in the kitchen. Efficient and quiet air-conditioning. I had one or two queries and owners, Jose, responded very helpfully within an hour or so.

To be improved

There were no dislikes. As close to perfection as one could hope for. Care is required on driving down the very narrow country lanes that lead up to the villa.

Absolutely stunning property, very well thought out, lovely furniture and finishing touches. Beautiful master bedroom. Very spacious and airy. I thought it looked lovely from the photos but it’s even better in real life. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The pool and outdoor area is a lovely size, lots of outdoor furniture and lighting. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need. Really beautiful villa.
