Kettle electric heating element was rusty. Had to ask for another after ruining my tea. Also only decaffeinated coffee provided.

The room was clean and as shown in photo, the lady was quite friendly, but it would be good to advise there are no restaurants and no shops around, also even if you have food there is not even a microwave to heat it...my hungriest day in weeks

Very solid building, meaning that neither the street noise nor noise from other people could be heard from inside the room. It was very private. I slept very soundly.

To be improved

It was further out of the town center than I expected. But- an easy bus ride to get to.
