Plumbing noises (not noticed on previous stays)

Everything was fine.

You could hear every single word coming from the room wall to wall. It was hard to fall sleep because of the that. The bedroom was the lower part of a building in what it seem to have been an old commercial local. The window was facing the street at ground level, which felt very unsafe and unprivate! We kept it closed all the time. We were carrying heavy suitcases so we took a taxi to the place to avoid carrying them under the 37° degrees. But when we arrived to the hotel desk, the recepcionist told us that our bedroom, was in a different place, which meant that we still had to walk several streets. That was very unpleasant after a full day of travel, moreover after paying for a taxi to precisely avoid that. All in all, the place was pricy for what they offered. The room had all the basics, but no cooler, hair dryer or iron for your clothes. I but I still appreciate very much the feeling of cleanliness and freshness inside.
