The hotel is very comfortable and brilliantly located. The owner was very helpful and happy to help. Despite the central location the room was very quiet

“Cons: There was no hot water at all. The next day at checkout I did tell the receptionist about it and the answer is, with most disrespectful manners : “ Yes, there is hot water, but for whatever reason you have to wait for it to come“ I did the waiting part for like 20 minutes running water and believe me there was no hot water. So the bad situation suddenly turned to a worst one as it seemed that we have done a very bad job trying to get a hot water in 21st century. What a shame.”

There was no hot water at all. “Very pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel.”

The location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral. The owner is very nice and helpful. The building is quaint and very well kept. Very clean and also quiet. The room was spacious and we had lovely views.

To be improved

The bathroom was small.
