Nice accommodation, responsive host, and good price to value ratio

To be improved

We were assigned with a ground-floor room facing a car accessible street. Unfortunately, the lack of proper sound insulation heavily disturbed our sleep throughout our entire stay—even though me and my partner were wearing earplugs. If you have low or medium tolerance for noise, we strongly advise to check whether your room is on the ground floor.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. During our time there, cleaning service was provided, which we greatly appreciated. We initially chose this accommodation due to limited availability in Seville, but we ended up being very satisfied with our decision. The apartment is located quite close to Seville, offering convenient access to the city while being significantly more affordable. Additionally, we recommend taking the time to visit the town of Utrera itself. It is a pleasant and charming place with its own unique character.

To be improved

The apartment faces the street, and noise from outside (e.g. cars passing early in the morning) can be quite noticeable. However, this is a minor issue and only worth mentioning if one is being very sensitive.
