Consistently noted as friendly and helpful.
Praised multiple times for its excellent location.
Positive mentions of added amenities, though some were unclear if they were complimentary.
General consensus was positive with specific highlights on comfort and service.
Reviewed positively for cleanliness, though some mentioned noise related to the wooden floors.
Good overall, but had some concerns about noise and TV placement.
“The stay was okay for a night considering the time (11.30pm)we came in.”
The location met the place I was going to meet just a 10 mins walk
The smell in the room was very bad I cannot eat inside. I had to open window for over an hour to let fresh air in. TV has no cable for me to access international channels it is all Spanish. From the front of the signboard direction was very poor. It points this way but at the junction there is no sign where the hotel is. It took us 15 mins asking people for us to locate it is just by the left as we entered. It needs a sign at the junction for better location. Room is very dirty, poor and smells too bad
“Lovely room, super location”
This hotel is almost the last house in town, so away from the crowds, It's already on the famous Camino de Santiago if you're planning to walk. It's a country house in the old style, beautifully renovated, and the room was truly charming, with a fabuulous view from the juliette bacony out over a working farm and fields and down over the rooftop of the medieval town. We much appreciated the kettle to make tea and the bottle of water.
It was difficult to get accurate local information which we needed quickly since we were only staying one night. Music played at breakfast is just not acceptable in our case. It turns a genuine experience into kitsch and a bit of that lurked in the outside decor. Better to breakfast in the town. It would have been good had the (partner?) hotel and restaurant up the road had welcomed us for a meal instead of instantly declaring they were closed. Closed midday on Friday?
“happy with stay”
continental breakfast, friendly staff
church bells rang every hour
“Great location for the town, take earplugs as a precaution.”
The property is in a great location and the staff were very pleasant. It is a basic accommodation but very clean.
The walls seemed very thin. Maybe we were unlucky but our neighbours in the room next door were very noisy, showering at 2am and we could hear all of the conversation and movements in their bathroom which was against our wall. The gentleman also had a very long and animated conversation and we heard every word.
