Lovely loft apartment in the Badal/Sants part of Barcelona , metro station really close and convenient situated in a lively neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff ! Be aware that some rooms/apartments are situated in a part of the building where no elevator is available ! Room 307 was on the 3rd floor. .. I got informed ahead of time about this. The apartment I had was need , clean and efficient , with a mini kitchenette, fridge, airco and comfortable bed. Can recommend !

Staff excellent and very helpful - rooms big and everything you need to hand. Beds comfortable. Area everything you need and busy most of the time - with food outlets all around the area. Metro 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes into the centre of town whislt only 20 minutes to the airport

If we could give this place 0 we would. Having notified the owner about a flight change (to a later flight) they kindly told us that we would receive our room access code so we could get in (check in the following morning)..... The code arrived and we got to the accommodation at 00:15. The code did not match the room number given, and when we tried we woke up another resident who was in that room (she quite rightly was very very annoyed). We messaged the property 4 times and called the "emergency number"..... Neither answered. Therefore we had to sit downstairs (very hot as air con was off) on a hard chair for 7 hours (after leaving home at 10:30am the previous day), with no water, food or toilet. At 07:10 someone arrived at reception...... NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NOTHING..... Just the words "oh dear" as he walked past us!! They gave us the incorrect room number but couldn't even be bothered to apologise for the complete farce. If even 1 person replied to the messages or picked up the emergency phone, then it could have been sorted in 2 minutes. We got into the room at 07:30, had a quick nap and shower..... Then checked out! Short break away completely ruined, and well out of pocket (££)

We had an excellent 4-day stay in DV Barcelona. Very well-equipped rooms and loft. All very clean and good isolation. Great and comfortable beds. The indoor parking is a great advantage. Metro nearby (150m) very clean, practical, and safe. Due to an unfortunate incident of car crime (rear tire punctured while standing in line, but luckily, I was able to escape further consequences), we were unable to fully enjoy our stay, but a lot was made up for by the staff of the house. Charming, sweet, and very helpful staff they managed to help us, and everything went perfectly.

Stayed for 8days, and nothing I can complaint about our stay but to praise and give Thanks to all the friendly reception especially to Mary who give us tips how to explore Barcelona, and always have smile on her face every time she will saw us, and to the housekeeping who always clean our room, cleanliness is spotless, The room is spacious, bed is very comfy, with air conditioning, mini kitchen wherein you can cook, huge bath tub, mini fridge, flat screen tv..and at night very quiet...and location wise its walking distance to the metro, and down the apartment tons of bars and restaurants to choose..We had a great stay! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and were warmly welcomed by the manager who took us out for a coffee and offered us advice and tips on where to go and how to get about town. She was absolutely lovely and allowed us to check-in early. The apartments are ideally located close to the metro and it takes no more than 20 mins to get into the city centre. Camp Nou is a short walk away which was brill and definitely worth a visit. The accommodation itself is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the shower is powerful and hot, and the staff are all friendly and greet you with a smile. We loved the location and found a great pizza restaurant which was only a 10 mins walk away and half the price of similar eateries on Las Ramblas. I have no hesitation in recommending Apartamentos DV and would definitely book again! 10/10 👌🏻🇪🇸
