The staff in the restaurant was happy and kind

To be improved

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and garden . The pool was closed and the back garden was untidy and unkempt there wasn’t even a hair to sit on . Reception man wasn’t very happy

Stunning property in a lovely location. Masses of parking. Delightful staff. As half board guests we had dinner each evening- very good. Let down only by breakfast - broken drinks machine and cereals in containers with no lids. Not hygienic. Also the room safe wasn’t fastened down so in theory could just be taken away !!! Good value - would stay again

Everything was great. Good quiet room. Nice bar snacks. Good breakfast.

To be improved

The room was quite warm which was a concern having our dog with us. We couldn't turn the a/c down but this wasn't a problem as we opened the window which prevented the a/c from working. Security was not an issue as there was a substantial grille on the window.
