Staff were always polite, helpful, welcoming, and friendly.
Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend and return.
Close to city centre, within walking distance of many attractions.
Facilities include a lovely courtyard, library, rooftop pool, and spacious bathroom.
Rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed.
Breakfast and overall food quality was high, but one dining experience was less enjoyable.
“Solid 4 star hotel in Seville”
Boutique hotel in a quiet(er) neighborhood but still within walking distance of everything. Service was nice but not exceptional. Breakfast was similar. Common areas of the hotel are well decorated and intimate. A very solid 4-star hotel experience.
“Great hotel!”
Great rooms. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Welcoming environment.
“Moroccan style hotel”
Boutique hotel with rooms around the inner courtyards. Roof top terrace with swimming pool and loungers. Small restaurant but good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
“Not a pleasant stay.”
Terrible service. Staff unresponsive. We were there in March when it was quite cool. They turned the heat off and turned the air conditioner on! It never got over 64 degrees in our room at night on our final night. The food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this hotel.
“Great hotel in ideal situation, but the baths need sorting!”
Very good and lovely old building in an excellent location in the beautiful city of Seville. Great, decent size rooms with huge beds and baths. Very nice staff and a wonderful rooftop pool but very cold in February! The only downside was the lack of a holder for the powerful shower head over the very large circular bath which results in you having to juggle the head either between your legs or your feet - not easy for us old ones! It was mentioned to the staff and they said they were aware of the problem - it certainly needs fixing and quick as it is quite hazardous and results in a soaking wet bathroom. Our daughter stayed in a single room and she also had a huge room but with a large walk in shower which we would've much preferred. I also don't think the breakfast was particularly good value at €23 so we only had it the once. I would definitely stay again but I would insist on a room with a shower and not a bath.
“Secret Gem in Sevilla - a must when visiting Spain”
An exceptional stay at this charming boutique hotel. The photos simply don’t do it justice — the property is beautifully designed, elegant, and full of character. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully considered for comfort. The staff provided warm, professional service throughout our stay, and the breakfast was truly excellent. The location was perfect for exploring Sevilla, making the entire experience seamless and relaxing. This hotel is clearly very well managed, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit. It was my first time in Sevilla, and the city exceeded expectations — an absolute must when visiting Spain.
