I booked 4 nights by mistake it supposed to be 3 nights we told them the check in its 3 nights only and the refused to refund

Excellent location. Impeccable service. All staff were so polite and so helpful. Rooms of very high standard. Food and drink options were fabulous. Smooth check in. Amazing service from concierge.
