Good location; comfortable rooms; very friendly staff; valet parking

To be improved

Rooms (standard) are quirkily designed (eg tv does not face bed and useless spaces) and badly finished (eg missing plaster); restaurant looks nice but food is very run of the mill; breakfast choice is very limited and not in keeping with the hotel’s level.

Beautiful spacious room in the modern section of the hotel. Large tranquil room. Spa facilities a bonus. Very kind and friendly staff.

Staff were brilliant. Location is excellent. Spa is small but very good. Evening meal in the restaurant was also very good.

The breakfast options were very limited, especially the cooked breakfast menu.
