Clean, well located, very nice and helpful staff. Good hot water. Cafeteria downstairs was convenient.

To be improved

Wifi didn't work. Room heat wasn't turned on by hotel until late afternoon, causing us to have to wrap up in blankets head to toe for a few hours until the room became comfortable, meaning that all we could do was huddle in bed and not make full use of the room until it was reasonably warm. "Free" parking implied that parking was provided by the hotel, yet in fact it was only street parking, not specific to the hotel.

“calm and comfort”
The best

We stayed in a spacious room. The cleanliness and quality furniture were nice additions. The hotel's location is very convenient: 3-4 minutes walk from the embankment, there is a large supermarket on the next street, the street is quiet at night. We had a car and free city parking was available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The best

The location is close to everything! Close to the beach, supermarkets and near the freeway so you can easily go visit Vigo. The staff was super nice and everything very clean. It was so comfortable, I loved it!

To be improved

I would love to have had a hairdryer and more comfortable pillows.
