Perfect location. Close by Puerto del Sol. The room was comfy.

The lobby is on the 2nd floor. Need to be aware of that once you arrive. The staff could be more nice.

“Very well located and quite comfortable place to stay in the heat of Madrid.”

Location is great. Just a few blocks away from La Puerta del Sol plaza. The facilities were better than I expected and the room was more comfortable than expected as well. It even has a nice balcony. The personnel was really nice. I will book it again un new next visit.

To be improved

The building is old, as most properties in the area. It’s probably been renovated more than once and is ok. Good price-value ratio in my opinion.

Very close to center of Madrid yet inexpensive. Modernized rooms. AC works. Clean.

To be improved

Two story walkup, rough looking exterior, and stairs. Draws a lot of 20 something guests who ignore noise policy - all night!

Excellent accommodation, perfect location. Very large room with great sound proof windows overlooking the street. Bathroom newly refurbished and perfect! We had enough room and storage for our clothes and luggage.

To be improved

Not that I didn’t like but know that there is no minibar / coffee machine in the room. However there is a vending machine with 1 eur coffee and water in the hall.
