This hotel is unbelievably racist. I have not seen any other guest have to give back the room keys everyday like I was expected to. i was put in a separate hostel than I had booked not even what was listed. My door was banged barbaricly by some man at my room without having checked with reception on who extended or was booked. their policies are flawed and their customer service is even more poor. They refused to bring my money back. they refused to call the manager. they refused to call the police. the police advised that I request a complaints form. further inconvenience given that its when i check out. when I asked to escalate, and lady calling herself Reina asserted herself as the only Manager and the CEO of this hostel. She further stated it was acceptable for my door to be banged whilst I was in the shower and that it is acceptable that I have to step out naked and wet to address whoever is knocking. I conveyed how unsafe I felt and had to reiterate several times why that was a problem and they gaslit and denied the poor level of service. This is after I paid EUR 95 for a late check out, basically an extra night. from a 3night booking of less than EUR 180. They took advantage of my decency throughout only to further spoil and treat my poorly. it is unacceptable, transphobic and deplorable to have been subjected to such treatment and disregard. they should not be listed here if they do not expect tourists from outside Spain. Don't believe the pictures either.
