The best

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, the bathroom was good. The location was brilliant.

To be improved

The balcony was very small. Not that we didn't like it, it was nice to be able to go out there even if it was very small. Just a little surprised about the size.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. · Cons: It was supposed to be a room with balcony but there is only a big window looking like a balcony door but it is too narrow to even get inside so basically there was no balcony. And also a bit noisy in the nights but due to location, it is expectable.”

It was supposed to be a room with balcony but there is only a big window looking like a balcony door but it is too narrow to even get inside so basically there was no balcony. And also a bit noisy in the nights but due to location, it is expectable.

The best

Very good location where you can go almost every famous tourist attraction in the city of Madrid. Room in 5th floor is very quiet, lights are good enough in the room so you won't feel too dark even w/o window open. The air condition works well. The shower may be a little bit small, but it's clean and good enough to shower.

To be improved

The how water isn't very stable so you can feel a bit cold in this second and hot in the next.
